There you are, working 9 to 5 in a cube farm.  You’re doing okay, and you like your work, but you’re stuck.  All the interesting projects go to kids who have degrees.  You are just as smart as they are, and you know your stuff.  The only thing they have that you don’t is a degree and that is one of the best reasons there is to get your business degree online.

There are, of course, some pitfalls to watch out for if you decide to get your business degree online.  You need to have access to a decent computer.  You still need to figure out how to pay for it.  Remember that your employer may help, and that courses that help you do your job better may be tax deductible.  The biggest pitfall to watch out for is to make sure the school you choose is an accredited educational institution and not some fly-by-night rip-off.  Check around, compare schools, and check with the State Department of Higher Education to make sure the school is a good one.
